Kathleen Carlson
Kathleen Carlson is the Founder of Imagination Realty in Celebration, Florida, and brings more than 45 years of residential real estate experience, including global and domestic relocation.
A Cornell University graduate with a major in French, Kathleen also completed graduate work in Guidance & Personnel and High Efficiency Work Teams. Fluent in French and a Certified International Property Specialist, she works with buyers and sellers locally, nationally, and internationally.
Kathleen has been the #1 Transaction Volume Agent in Celebration, Florida from 2009 through 2024, and is ranked in the Top 0.5% of Central Florida agents in 2026.

She specializes in residential, luxury, investment, primary homes, second and vacation homes, condos, and land.
She has helped thousands of buyers and sellers, both domestically and internationally, find solutions for their housing and investment goals.
Relocation Expertise
Kathleen serves as a worldwide relocation resource for corporations, both domestic and international.
She is a member of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council, which includes more than 1,200 corporate members of the Worldwide Mobility Conference.
Before founding Imagination Realty, she was the worldwide Leader of Global Relocation for W. L. Gore, known for Gore-Tex fabric, in Wilmington, Delaware.

Kathleen holds the Certified International Property Specialist designation, known as CIPS, and works closely with international clients.
She also holds the Accredited Luxury Specialist designation and is a member of the Luxury Home Council.

Community & Family
Kathleen lives, works, plays, and volunteers with her family in Celebration, Florida.
She currently serves as Trustee for the Celebration Foundation and as a Director for the Rotary Club of Celebration, where “Service Above Self” is her guiding principle.
Kathleen is married to Bruce Carlson and has two sons, Brian and Brad, along with six grandchildren. Bruce and Brian currently work with Kathleen as Team Imagination.
